The Scottsdale Waterfront sits on the southwest corner of Camelback & Scottsdale roads. It’s two residential towers are the tallest structures in Downtown Scottsdale at 13 stories high. Most people may not realize that the Scottsdale Waterfront has an office space component as well. The second and third stories above the retail/restaurant spaces such as Olive & Ivy, Culinary Dropout, Sauce, PF Chang’s and Wildfish house over 60,000 square feet of office space. All together the Scottsdale Waterfront is a 95,000 sq ft high end community of for lease retail, restaurant, class A office space and 200 for sale luxury residential condos.
5th Avenue Shops
A great representation of classic Scottsdale, the 5th Avenue Shops are just south of Southbridge, sandwiched between Goldwater & Scottsdale roads on… you guessed it 5th Avenue. Some of the heaviest pedestrian traffic in all of Arizona, the 5th Avenue Shops are a trolley heavy happening spot for retail & restaurants. Locals as well as many tourists hit this area for coffee, food & shopping. A significant area for the Thursday night art walk & the annual Scottsdale ArtFest, the 5th Avenue Shops are also home to the most photographed statue in the city the Horse Fountain by Bob Parks.
An iconic Scottsdale building just west of Scottsdale Fashion Square mall on Camelback road, Camelback Tower has stood tall since 1971. 11 stories of Mid Century Modern architecture, office space for lease here is ideal in Downtown Scottsdale. Scottsdale Financial Center I, II & III
ranging from 3 to 6 stories and located in the center of Downtown Scottsdale at Indian School & Scottsdale roads, the Scottsdale Financial center had a major makeover in 2012. Housing over 300,000 square feet of class A office space for lease, it’s an ideal location for office space ‘in the mix of things‘ in Downtown Scottsdale.
One of Downtown Scottsdale’s premier residential condo complexes, Optima Camelview offers retail & office space for lease as well. The entire 600,000 Square foot project consists of over 750 residential condos, and over 20,000 Square feet of office/retail/restaurant space for lease on the ground floor. Existing restaurants on site include Metropolis, Nourish and Posh. Optima Camelview is located north of Camelback Road on the west side of Scottsdale Road.

Construction started in 2006 at this location which is even more desirable today as decades have gone by. Set back on the east side of Scottsdale road just north of Camelback, this is an incredible spot for your Downtown Scottsdale office space.
Scottsdale City Centre
The name says is all, ‘city centre’, a great location in Downtown Scottsdale next to the W Hotel, this building at the south east corner of Scottsdale Road & Camelback is a great place for start up businesses or users looking for a great location at an entry level price.
Scottsdale Arts District
Located south of Indian School Road & west of Scottsdale Road is the neighborhood of the Scottsdale Arts District. While not many businesses office in this area, it is an ideal location for retail and especially gallery retail space.
Scottsdale Road & Lincoln
A prominent intersection just north of downtown Scottsdale, many retail shop owners, restaurateurs, and office users desire this location. It’s an important intersection where the Camelback corridor can easily access a high end portion of Scottsdale. Surrounded by many high end hotels, there are shopping centers and on various office space options. Many high end restaurants like Houstons, Rancho Pinot Grill, & Fogo de Chao call this area home.
Gainey Ranch / McCormick Ranch
Two of the favorite neighborhoods in Scottsdale, both McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch have neighborhood style shopping centers as well as high end restaurants. Gainey Ranch in particular offers a high end shopping center fronting Scottsdale Road with close proximity to the Hyatt, as well as various office options.
Kierland Commons offers an incredible lifestyle for business & residence. Fairly new construction completed in 2000, Kierland Commons is home to record high residential loft sales, popular shops such as Crate and Barrel and Z Gallerie and restaurants like Zinc Bistro, Green House, Ocean Club and North with over 120,000 square feet of office space.
Just a stone’s throw across Scottsdale Road from Kierland Commons is the Scottsdale Quarter. Think of Scottsdale Quarter as Kierland Commons younger hotter sister. Recently completed in 2012, Scottsdale Quarter is also an Urban Village full of high end shops, restaurants, and prime office space. The Apple store, Donovan’s Steak house, and H &M proudly front on to Scottsdale Road while other great places such as TrueFoods, The Dry Bar, and the ipic theater are treasures nestled inside. Mill Avenue District
If you’re looking for eccentricity, you’ve found it. With incredible proximity to ASU, Sky Harbor Airport, The Tempe Performing Arts Center Downtown Tempe in general is a great place for your business. Mill Avenue has quite a bit to offer, coffee shops, restaurants and nightclubs adorn the street which never seems to sleep.
Wonderfully placed in the center of Mill Avenue in Downtown Tempe is The Lofts at Orchidhouse. With a ground floor spanning of 20000 square feet of commercial space, and 6 stories of modern Live / Work lofts above, The Orchidhouse is ideal. Tempe Gateway is an 8 story office tower on south Mill Avenue just north of the light rail station. It is a popular LEED certified building that is approximately 260,000 square feet in size. Having your office at Tempe Gateway allows you a great working lifestyle with easy access to all of the amenities the Mill Avenue District has to offer. Popular breakfast & lunch spot NCOUNTER is right across the street.
Hayden Ferry Lakeside
A modern iconic mixed use development at Tempe Town Lake in downtown Tempe. Centrally located in Downtown Tempe’s Mill Avenue District, Centerpoint on Mill gives a great presence on Mill Avenue as is spans 3 city blocks with over 125,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and office.
Covering 3 city blocks of Downtown Phoenix, it’s safe to say Cityscape offers a little bit of everything. Composed of 620,000 Square Feet of office, retail, & residential, Cityscape is a lifestyle center that is home to Palomar Hotel, Lucky Strike bowling, The Arrogant Butcher and many more. Location is ideal for Downtown Phoenix with a light rail stop at site, as well as walk-ability to Airways Center, Chase Field, Comerica Theatre, the Orpheum Theater and the Phoenix Convention Center.
Calling the prominent corner of 24th Street & Camelback home is the Esplanade. Esplanade Place a luxury 14 story condominium tower, The Ritz Carlton, a movie theater, Del Frisco Restaurant, a multi level parking garage and 1,000,000 square feet of class A office space are all part of what makes up the Esplanade.
